- Fedex Express - Home Delivery: 1 - 2 business days - 149 kr (free over 1500 kr)
DUTY-FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS
You don't have to worry about duties and taxes when shopping on saysky.no. The prices you see online are final. Shipping fees are additional and still apply.
30-DAYS RETURN PERIOD
You can return your goods for a full refund within 30 days of placing the order. Please read here for instructions on how to return.
ORDER BEFORE 12.00 CET (MONDAY - FRIDAY) AND YOUR ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED THE SAME DAY
We'll ship your order the same day, if it's placed before 12.00 CET (Monday - Friday)*. Please note that the delivery times are listed in business days and they apply from when the order leaves our warehouse and you receive your shipping notification. *Peak periods might cause a delay in order processing.
ORDER CONFIRMATIONS, DELIVERY AND CANCELLATIONS
In cases of technical issues or peak periods, we might only be able to deliver part of your order or not deliver at all. We'll only ship what you see on your final invoice, which you'll receive once the order has been processed. A cancellation note will be sent in 'no order' cases.
Please note the below:
- Full order: everything is in stock and your order is good to go.
- Partial order: unavailable items are cancelled and the rest is shipped.
- No order: none of your ordered items were in stock and we'll cancel your order.
